About Me

Keaton McNair

ISSA-Certified Running Coach | Personal Trainer | Marathoner


I am an ISSA Certified Running Coach and Personal Trainer, equipped with specialized knowledge in biomechanics, training program design, and injury prevention tailored for runners.


I ran cross country and track at Ohio Dominican University, specializing in the 5K, 8K, and 10K. I graduated with a Sports Management degree and remain deeply rooted in the running community. Currently, I’m training for my third marathon at the Columbus Marathon this fall.


My coaching philosophy is simple: show up, stay consistent, and the results will follow. Now, I’m passionate about helping you hit your running goals—whether it’s your first 5K or your fastest marathon.
